  Poor management would not recommend using them too many false promises and avoiding their mistakes. All friendly until you've driven away with the car then they just don't care.
  
  Edit: 2 months after sale we're finally getting somewhere with the 2nd key that we had been informed was in the post a week after the sale. The member of staff that had sold us the car left the company a few weeks after selling the car, this is what is constantly used as an excuse for there poor service. Still nothing in regards to the service history as we have been sent a blank book when we were told it had a full service history. Absolutely no compensation has been offered as yet.
